Tasked with creating a library of images for the new Viccí Eyewear Amóre Campaign debuting the Sofia and Roma collections, Kamper’s lens brings to life eyewear that is not just fashionable, but in high demand. With a keen eye for detail, Kamper ensures that every shot speaks volumes about the professional, forward-thinking women who wear the Viccí brand.
Guided by Viccí principals David Abramovici & Steven Geduld, fashion coordinator Elie Rossetti concepted and transformed mood boards into vibrant, textured realities. Despite the challenge of tight crops, each image radiates the confidence and style synonymous with Viccí. Complimenting the visual narrative is flawless makeup by Leslie Munsell of Beauty for Real. Photographed in the studio on vibrant colors within the urban backdrop of Miami’s Wynwood district, Kamper expertly wields his custom-made Profoto / Ellenhrom beauty lighting and the Canon R5 series cameras and lenses, delivering a campaign that epitomizes sophistication and allure.
“Working with Viccí Eyewear reaffirmed our resourcefulness and creative problem-solving, despite the constraints of the tight budget and the substantial number of photo assets we captured”, comments Kamper.
Elie, Kamper’s wardrobe stylist, was a pivotal part of the process. Elie didn’t just pick out clothes; she meticulously planned mood boards and organized many details of the shoot. Her attention to detail helped ensure that everything aligned perfectly with Viccí’s vibe while being extremely time-efficient at the shoot. Kamper enlisted Elie’s expertise to help find the right talent. She recommended Priscilla, who brought elegance and versatility to the table. Plus, Priscilla’s modeling school provided a great space for our shoot. They also enlisted Heidi, sourced through modeling agencies we worked with frequently, to bring a dynamic energy to the mix. Elie’s careful curation ensured that both models embodied Viccí’s vision while adding their own flair.
On shoot day, their planning came to fruition. Despite the time crunch, the many wardrobe and background changes came off seamlessly. The team stuck to one overall set design, making quick changes to the wardrobe, and makeup, and updates to the lighting and composition. In the end, everyone’s contributions were invaluable. Meticulous planning and attention to detail ensured that every shot captured the timeless elegance of Viccí Eyewear. Working together, the team brought Viccí’s vision to life in a way that exceeded expectations.
